ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION 100 HOUR YTT
This 100-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Pranayama and Meditation is designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding and skill in guiding both pranayama and meditation practices. Often, 200-hour trainings don’t cover these areas in depth, leaving teachers without the confidence to lead these powerful techniques effectively. In this program, you’ll explore and practice a variety of pranayama and meditation techniques with a focus on how they can support mental health.
The training is structured to introduce you to mantra meditation, an advanced meditation technique, and develop a twice daily personal practice of mantra meditation. You'll also journal about your experiences. By the end of the training, you'll have a solid foundation in various meditation scripts, multiple pranayama techniques, and you'll conclude by leading a community workshop, demonstrating your knowledge in creating personalized practices that meet various mind body states.
