BALI YOGA CLASSES

Drop in yoga classes in Bali

Alex is excited to be back during September & October 2024 and running daily yoga classes at Kampung Uma Dawa. Classes are from Monday -> Thursday at 9:30-111:00am. Please book in advance in order to secure your spot!

During the week of September 14 - 21, 2024, Alex will be offsite at another retreat center hosting an event and classes will be cancelled that week.

The ritual of morning breathwork and meditation helps to calm and clear the mind. Join us for sunrise breathwork & meditation over the rice fields in Bali. This hour long class will help you get grounded, and start your day with intention.

Join our teachers for a 90 minute practice that links breath with movement and movement with breath. Our classes are intelligently sequenced, working towards a peak posture, weaving in components of yoga philosophy. The intention of this practice is to leave the space feeling inspired, grounded and present.

Join us for an afternoon of yin and a sharing circle, inspired by yoga philosophy. This class will be themed on an element from yoga philosophy such as ahimsa (nonviolence) or satya (truth). After a 75 minute yin practice, the teacher will lead you through a journal prompt around yoga philosophy. You’ll have an opportunity to write and reflect, and discuss your reflections (if you want to). This session is sure to inspire you and transform the way you think and view the world.
