Join us for a special Gratitude Yoga class where we honor the wisdom of the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space—and their teachings on living a balanced, joyful, and grateful life. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and reflection, we’ll connect deeply with each element, cultivating gratitude for their gifts and lessons.
- Earth: Through grounding postures, we’ll embody humility and stability, remembering to stay rooted and enriched by life’s experiences.
- Water: Flowing sequences will inspire authenticity and adaptability, encouraging us to embrace life’s natural ebb and flow.
- Fire: Dynamic and heart-opening poses will stoke our inner light, fostering passion, positivity, and transformation.
- Air: Pranayama practices will teach us the art of letting go, inviting us to release the past and fully embrace the present moment.
- Space: A meditation at the end of the practice will guide us to connect with infinite possibilities and the expansive nature of our being.
- This all-levels practice will end with a guided savasana to integrate the wisdom of the elements and a gratitude meditation to leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and tapped into gratitude.
Set up with your mat, an open heart, and the spirit of thanksgiving as we explore the profound connection between the elements and gratitude.
This special class is not included in the regular memberships and is $20 for the drop in.
For yoga teachers, I will provide a lesson plan & playlist, that you can use for your own yoga classes.
