Mindful Strong is ideally for those who have practiced yoga before. It is an intermediate level class and still accessible to all levels, but kicked up a notch from regular Mindful Flow. Expect some arm balance exploration and challenging poses. You can do it!

Members...We are so excited to bring you a new...Mindful Life Practice On Demand Yoga Membership Portal!
This new addition to the monthly & annual Online Membership was designed for our Online Members. We've discovered that many people sign up for our membership after a Sober Girls Yoga Challenge, or Yoga Teacher Training program with the MLPC, and are like...now what?
We have over 3,000 On Demand Videos in the MLPC archives - but we've realized that people seem to thrive on structure, accountability, and routine. When people left our structured yoga challenges, they fell out of practice. That's why we've created this Program specifically for our monthly and annual members.
In this program, we've selected our favourite classes that we've filmed over the past three years. Each month will feature a theme from yoga philosophy. We've chosen classes that will give you a balanced yoga practice. Each week will follow the following structure:
Sunday - Mindful Flow 1
Monday - Mindful Flow & Let Go
Tuesday - Mindful Empower
Wednesday - Mindful Flow 2
Thursday - Mindful Let Go
Friday - Mindful Sweat
Saturday - Mindful Meditation.
