Want to develop a consistent Vedic Meditation practice with Rory? In this training, which is four days, 90 minutes each, you'll learn the technique of Vedic Meditation with an expert teacher, and develop the tools to integrate a consistent, twice daily, twenty minute Vedic Meditation Practice.

Vedic meditation is a simple, effortless, and ancient technique rooted in the Vedic tradition of India. It involves silently repeating a specific mantra (a sound or word with no meaning) to settle the mind and access deep states of rest and awareness. The practice is designed to align you with the natural rhythms of life, allowing your body and mind to heal, de-stress, and rejuvenate.
