WHAT CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE?
Contact us for a private group booking - from reunions, corporate team-building, or just a special occasion.
Our group & private retreats can be from any number of participants (typically starting at 4 -6 participants.)
Please note, prices will be higher for less participants.

WHAT STYLES OF Yoga?
Alex teaches several different styles of yoga including:
-
Mindful Flow 1: this is a beginner style yoga practice and includes long holds in postures. It's a slow flow. It can be challenging yet accessible to all levels.

Mindful Flow 2: this is an intermediate style Vinyasa flow. Linking movement with breath, breath with movement, and often including some challenging postures and flows.

Mindful Empower: Empower is an advanced style practice. Think arm balances and inversions. You can do it!

Mindful Flow & Let Go: This is Alex's most popular class style. In this practice Alex will guide you through half of a vinyasa practice and half of a yin practice. You'll walk away balanced and grounded.

Mindful Let Go: This is a yin-styled class.

Mindful Sweat: Sweat is inspired by Alex's Barre certification. This is a practice that is set to fun music and includes weight lifting, strengthening and stretching.

Meditation: Alex leads guided meditations anywhere from ten minutes to one hour.

MEET YOUR GUIDE, ALEX
I am a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Life Coach, entrepreneur, podcaster, and Ontario Certified Teacher. Since a very young age, I was drawn to yoga as a way to calm my mind and manage an undiagnosed mood disorder. I began practicing yoga daily at the age of eighteen and completed my first 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 at Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico. In 2017, I completed my 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali.
Since then, I have taught yoga internationally, in Canada, where I am from, Kuwait, where I lived for two years in my early twenties, and Abu Dhabi, where I called home for five years. I now live in Bali, Indonesia. I have participated in several additional trainings, including Yoga Workshop Design for Teachers with Rolf Gates, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Yoga for Kids and Trauma Informed Yoga.
