Hi everyone, Im Jenny and I am in recovery from an alcohol addiction and mental health illness. I am in my 2nd year of recovery and in this time my life has changed so much and now live a life of sobriety which is a place I never thought i would be. I am now a certified Recovery and Wellness Coach who helps other people on their own journey of wellness with accessible solutions and practical tools with an emphasis on self care, both mind and body and a spiritual connection. I also work with family members of loved ones in active addiction and recovery. I like to use the quote "We Journey Together"
